Zisis Sotiriou

Zisis Sotiriou is the Group Chief Operating Officer for Evidia Group, the leading European provider of diagnostic imaging, Radiotherapy and Teleradiology. In his current position, he is leading the operations in 140 diagnostic centres, with more than 2700 professionals and 800 doctors. Evidia operates more than 550 imaging equipment, and he oversees the strategic sourcing and manages the relationship with the OEMs.
Previously, Zisis Sotiriou was Senior Vice-President and Regional Chief Operating Officer for Affidea Group, a pan-European provider of diagnostic imaging, outpatient and cancer care services. In this position, he was leading 8 countries with 158 medical centres and more than 6000 professionals – Italy, Greece, Croatia, Romania, Lithuania, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Bosnia. Zisis held several managerial positions in the organisation, starting in 2006, with a strategic role in the growth of the company.
Up until 2011, he was also the founder of Constructa, a family-owned business delivering small to medium construction projects in Greece. Zisis Sotiriou holds commercial experience in the advertising industry, where he was active until 2005.
Zisis completed the Leadership Academy Programme in Health Economics, Policy and Management at the London School of Economics, graduated from the Technology Educational Institute of Athens and holds an MBA from Cotrugli
Business School.
