Xavier Cheval

Xavier Cheval serves as Icade Santé’s CEO and Member of the Executive Committee in charge of Healthcare Property Investment Division of Icade Group. He began working at Icade in July 2011 after helping launching the healthcare property business as a consultant. He served successively as investment manager and then Chief Investment Officer. As part of his responsibilities, he manages a €7 billion portfolio of healthcare real assets accross 5 countries and thrives to create successful long-term partnerships with Icade Santé’s tenants.

Xavier Cheval began his career at Ernst & Young in 2005. He graduated from École Centrale Paris in 2005 with a master degree in engineering. He also holds a MBA (2016) from INSEAD Business School.
