Staffan Ternström

Staffan is the Chief Operating Officer of Diagnostic Services, Medicover, a renowned international healthcare group, specialised in diagnostic and healthcare services. He oversees operations across 12 markets, leading a team of more than 10,000.

During the pandemic, Medicover played a key role in supporting authorities, the medical community and patients control the virus spread. The company innovated by designing tests and bringing testing closer to the public in high-traffic areas from airports to cruise ships.

With an academic background in engineering and marketing, Staffan has more than three decades of business and management experience in the healthcare industry. Staffan held leadership and Board Member positions in prominent healthcare companies including Johnson&Johnson, Molnlycke and Handicare Group, supporting development and success in emerging and established markets around the world.

In his leadership role with Diagnostic Services, Medicover, Staffan works to consolidate the company’s international presence and continues to drive sustainable profitable growth.
