John Deverill

John Deverill is the General Manager of Partnerships and Solutions for GE Healthcare EMEA, forming solutions-based partnerships with healthcare organisations around the world.  A chartered engineer and decorated British Army officer, John started his career in healthcare in 2000 as a consultant and was the CEO of a specialist strategic healthcare consultancy in UK from 2008 until its acquisition by GE in 2014.

In GE, John was GM of the Healthcare Partners organization firstly in Europe and then in EMEA, and from 2019 he has been GM of the solutions team following the same pattern, firstly in Europe and since 2021 in EMEA.  As a consultant, John specialised in healthcare provider strategy and design, integrated healthcare and system transformation, and these interests and customer relationships endure.

John is a graduate of the British Army Staff College: his first degree in engineering is from Southampton University, and he holds a Cranfield Masters in Information Systems Design.
