Amaury Guerrero

Amaury Guerrero is a business executive with 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and surgical/medical devices multinational companies. Most of his career is in the ophthalmology segment in US and Latin America countries. He joined Alcon in Brazil in marketing and sales operations, followed by increasing general management responsibilities as President of Alcon in Chile, Mexico, Brazil and Latin America. He was also Vice-president for US Alcon pharmaceuticals business. He joined Patria Investments Group in 2016 as CEO of Opty- the largest Ophthalmology group in Latin America. He has been responsible for leading the consolidation of Ophthalmology hospitals and clinics in Brazil and Latin America, creating a leading Eye Care/Ophthalmology chain provider.

Mr Guerrero has studied Marketing at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) and holds an MBA degree in Global Executive Leadership from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in Brazil. He currently resides in São Paulo, Brazil.
