Alexis Grand

Alexis Grand is graduated from EM LYON and started his career in M&A consulting at EY before joining in 2011 Biomnis a French leader of clinical diagnostics where he held several positions in M&A and Operations. After the acquisition of the company by Eurofins Scientific he joined the headquarter of the group to further develop clinical diagnostics activities in Europe. He joined Inicea, a French leader in mental heath in 2017 to develop the Group and became deputy CEO of the group in 2019. From 2017 to 2020 the group double its size by acquiring four new clinics and creating 8 clinics dedicating to day care in mental health.

After the acquisition of Inicea by Korian in December 2020, Alexis became VP Operations Mental Health and Addictology within Korian France. The Business Unit operates 33 clinics in France and pursue its development by acquisition and creation of new clinics and day care units.
