Prior experience and education

• Before joining BCG, Alessandra served as the Head of Strategy and Innovation and, later, as the Head of Health at a top 5 Insurance company in Italy (€150M+ Health revenues) 
• Alessandra is an Economist with 15+ years of experience in the Insurance & consulting industry. She used to be a researcher in Economics of innovation, a Strategist, Claims performance manager and Head of P&C Risk, and a Consultant at BCG Insurance and Risk, Compliance & Regulatory practices
• Alessandra holds a PhD in Economics, earned with full grades and honor at the University of Pavia, and a Master in Finance and Risk management at Politecnico of Milan
