Kirsty is an expert in communications, organisational culture and change management, and the author of Culture Shift (Bloomsbury 2019). She spent over 20 years at BP including as Director of Values.
After a short presentation, delegates will work in small groups to discuss their brand building issues before feeding back their learnings to the wider group. This interactive workshop is your opportunity to share your thoughts and opinions whilst learning from the success and mistakes of others.
